Using the storefront

Use this website lawfully and without interfering with its security or other visitors' access. Do not submit deceptive information, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the purchasing and support functions. You are responsible for reviewing the details you provide when shopping.

Products and information

Review a product's description, included contents, selected option, and quantity before ordering. We work to present accurate information, but displays can differ and inadvertent errors can occur. Any correction must be handled consistently with applicable consumer rights; this statement does not excuse materially misleading product information.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An automated acknowledgment does not by itself resolve every availability or verification issue. Review prices in USD and the taxes and delivery charges shown at checkout. Payment authorization and any provider verification must be completed through the offered payment flow.

Dispatch and delivery

The normal preparation estimate is 1–2 business days after payment authorization, followed by estimated transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch. These periods exclude weekends and applicable holidays. See Shipping Policy for address checks, tracking, and delivery issues. Any responsibility for delivery is subject to applicable law.

When merchandise has a problem

The Refund Policy governs our voluntary problem-item process. Make a request within 30 calendar days after delivery and obtain approval before returning anything. Changes of mind, preference, wrong size or option choices, and no-reason returns are not included in that voluntary policy. Refunds are initiated within 10 calendar days of approval, with provider posting time additional. Mandatory consumer protections remain intact.

Content and lawful limits

Brand names, photographs, text, and other content remain subject to their owners' intellectual property rights. Viewing the storefront does not grant permission for unauthorized commercial reuse. Any limitation of responsibility applies only as far as the law permits and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and questions
