Shipping Policy

From an accepted payment to dispatch

After payment has been successfully authorized, normal order preparation takes approximately 1–2 business days. Once the parcel has been dispatched, allow an estimated 4–6 business days for transit. These are two separate periods, not a promise of delivery on a particular date. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days.

Destination and delivery charges

Enter the delivery address at checkout to see whether delivery is available and which shipping charges apply to that order. Available destinations and charges are determined by the store's current shipping configuration. Do not assume a free delivery offer applies unless it is expressly shown for your order.

Check your address before ordering

Please review the recipient name, street and unit details, postal code, and any other required delivery information. If an error is noticed after ordering, contact us promptly; a change may no longer be possible once fulfillment has begun.

Tracking a shipment

When tracking information is issued, use the carrier link to follow the parcel. A new label may appear before the carrier has scanned the package, and scan updates may not be continuous. Weather, carrier disruption, holidays, and other operational issues can extend estimated transit times.

Missing, delayed, or damaged parcels

For a package marked delivered that cannot be found, first check the delivery location and with other recipients at that address. Ask us to investigate if it remains missing. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and the items and take clear photos; a carrier or fulfillment review may require them. A missing parcel or a missed estimate does not by itself establish the outcome of an investigation.
