Report a product problem within 30 days

Our voluntary return and exchange service addresses items that arrive damaged or defective, are incorrect, have missing components, or differ materially from their description. Submit your request within 30 calendar days after delivery. This deadline concerns making the request, not having an approved return arrive at a warehouse.

This voluntary service does not cover a change of mind, personal preference, choosing the wrong size or option, or a return without a product problem. These conditions do not take away rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Request an assessment first

Email upolavim33@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. Include photographs or a video showing the issue where appropriate. Retain the original packaging and all relevant components while we assess the problem.

Do not send an item back before approval. If a return is authorized, we will provide the exact return address and handling instructions. The mailing address on Contact Us is for correspondence and is not automatically a return destination.

Review and available resolutions

We may need additional information or an inspection to determine the appropriate resolution. A replacement or exchange depends on approval and actual stock availability. Any applicable return shipping arrangement, label, or charge will be explained from the confirmed terms for your case; a free label or waived charge is not implied by this page.

When a refund has been approved

An approved refund will be processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need further time to post the credit. Processing within that period does not guarantee that funds will appear in your account by the tenth day.

Keep the refund notification for reference. If the credit is not visible after your provider's normal posting period, check with that provider and contact us with the order details. Applicable statutory remedies remain available.
